I work with clients who want to resolve their divorce or other family law dispute with integrity, compassion, and respect. I believe the collaborative divorce process is the best way to minimize conflict, preserve relationships, maximize financial security, and help my clients move forward positively with their lives after divorce. I believe private, safe, business-like, and non-adversarial settings are the best place to discuss and negotiate family issues. My goal in each case is to guide my clients towards creative, mutually beneficial, and long-lasting solutions that make sense for their family without going to court.
Professional Experience
Practicing family law in Texas since 1990, Camille has always been passionate about helping divorcing clients work together instead of against each other as they look for answers to the many questions that arise regarding money, property, relationships and children in a divorce. She has never believed that, in most cases, these decisions should be made by judges or juries who do not know the family. In an effort to find a way to help divorcing spouses have more control over the outcome of their cases, Camille was trained as a mediator in 1999. That same year, she learned about the collaborative divorce process and attended her first collaborative training. Believing these conflict resolution methods to be the best fit for divorcing families, Camille immediately shifted the focus of her practice to collaborative divorce, mediation and amicable divorces. Since then, she has helped many divorcing clients amicably resolve their issues by finding creative, customized and long-lasting solutions in private settings.
