Collaborative Divorce Collin County is a group of like-minded divorce professionals who share the goal of offering clients a respectful way to divorce. We have no financial connection with one another; only the desire to educate divorcing couples about the collaborative divorce process – a more respectful and dignified way to divorce.
While most divorce cases settle before trial, those cases are handled from the outset with a focus on trial preparation. Rather than focusing on trial, our members use the collaborative divorce process to focus on settlement. We understand that most divorcing couples would rather engage in a private, financially efficient process that allows them to make their own decisions about their future. All of our members in Collaborative Divorce Collin County have received specialized training in the collaborative divorce process. Not all family law attorneys take the time to receive this special training and therefore, are not as qualified as our members to guide you through the collaborative divorce process. We will work to keep you out of the courtroom and in control of your family’s future.
Our ultimate mission is to give couples seeking divorce the right tools to decide how their children grow up in the face of divorce and how best to divide their property at the time of divorce. By using the collaborative divorce process to end a marriage, time and again we find that it results in less emotional and financial damage as well as a final settlement that best addresses your family’s needs.
