
Megan B. Rachel is a huge proponent of settling divorce cases outside of court and believes that the collaborative approach is one of the best options available to achieve this result. Megan is a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law and is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice in Texas state courts. She has practiced strictly in the area of Family Law since 1990 and was trained in the Collaborative Divorce process in 2009. Megan is a member of the Collaborative Institute of Texas. She is also a member of the Collin County Bar Association, Denton County Bar Association, the Collin County Bench Bar Association and the College of the State Bar of Texas. She is a Master in the Curt B. Henderson American Inns of Court. She has served on the boards of the Collin County Bench Bar Association and the Curt B. Henderson Inns of Court since 2015. She is a partner at the Dallas-based law firm McCathern, Shokouhi, Evans, Grinke.
